From Providence (and Interstate 195)
Take RT 195 East to Exit 2 in Massachusetts  (Rte. 136 South). Follow directions below from North.

From Fall River (and Interstate 195)
Take RT 195 West to Exit 2 in Massachusetts  (Rte. 136 South). Follow directions below from North.

From North (Massachusetts Exit 2 - Interstate 195)
Follow 136 South approximately 3.5 miles.  The Collaborative is on the left, ½ mile past Fatima High School and directly after the Bank of Newport.  

From Newport and points South
Take RT 138 North towards the Mount Hope Bridge.  After the bridge, bear right onto RT 136 as you pass Roger Williams University, and continue North on RT 136 (Metacom Avenue).  Follow Rt 136 North through Bristol into Warren.  In Warren, there will be a short one-way section of Route 136, after which our facility is located about ½  mile on the right,  just past Sip ‘N Dip Donuts.   We are about 15 minutes from the Mt. Hope Bridge.
